A number of men that allegedly are taking car keys out of gym lockers and stealing the cars have been arrested by the San Jose Police Department.
The men apparently go into the locker rooms of local fitness centers, take car keys, and then drive the car off. The theft does not stop with the car. While they are in the cars, they search for credit cards and use those as well.
The police department has not said how many people have been arrested or how many more they think will be arrested. The lesson to be learned here is not to leave your locker at the gym unlocked. The other lesson, do not leave credit cards or your wallet in your car. Everyone knows that is just asking for trouble.
If you or someone you know has been charged with a crime and are facing a trial, contact the San Jose Criminal Defense Lawyers of the Law Office of Daniel Jensen.
