A New London, CT man was acquitted recently of assault charges stemming from a confrontation with another man. Ricardo Latorre had faced charges for allegedly beating Frank Begin over the head with a table leg during a road rage altercation in August 2007.
According to Latorre, he had acted in self defense in response to threats and aggressive behavior from Begin.
