Earlier this week, an Indiana jury cleared Codee Wheeler of murder and arson charges in connection with the death of her father, William Wheeler, in March of last year. Prosecutors claimed that Codee had used an accelerant to start the house fire which killed Mr. Wheeler, 57. The jury, however, took only several hours to return a not guilty verdict, siding with the defense, which claimed that the fire was accidental.
