2008’s ninth homicide victim for San Jose has been identified.
The man was found shot in a cul-de-sac Monday afternoon. The police have identified the victim but have not yet determined a motive. Officers found the body Monday around 3:45 p.m. while performing a check on a house after receiving a call that reported a disturbance.
